Rest is the last LP by the alternative metal band Astitch, released in 2003. This album slightly veers away from the band's signature industrial sound, going for a more traditional metal sound though some tracks utilize the latter. This earned polarizing results from fans, and that along with lukewarm reviews and poor sales effectively killed the band.
The intro contains a soundbite from a scene in Spy Kids 3D: Game Over.
