Drowning Me With Memories is the first major single released by Evidence. It was their first post grunge song.
The song pokes fun at families who constantly play home memories, claiming that the families only cared about what their children were like back then, and giving little thought into what they've become now.
The video for this song features the band performing in a vandalized gazebo. A group of families picnic near the gazebo and as the song progresses, the area they're in becomes more barren and distorted, yet the families remain unfazed. The video ends with the band exiting the gazebo, and the scenery returning to what it was before, as if nothing had happened.
