A.D.I.M.A.H.: Have a Heart Attack With Some Diabetes is a concert video released in 2003. It was completed in 2002 but was held off from distribution until the band finished recording Anger Evocation Seminar. It was released by Warner Reprise Records and Bulac.

The video details a short concert A.D.I.M.A.H. performed at a local state fair. The band performs songs off of their first major release Anger Evocation Seminar as well as covers of songs from various metal artists. Between numbers, we see the members of A.D.I.M.A.H. trying food, going on rides and playing games.
The title of the video makes fun of the unhealthy nature of state fair food.
